Windtree Golf Course

I really enjoy playing this course. The elevation changes and blind shots are great. The fairways and greens are in excellent condition too. I wish the bunkers would drain a little better after a good rain though.

I've played Windtree a few times over the past couple of years, and today was the best shape I've ever seen it in. I have absolutely no complaints about my experience today. Hopefully they keep up whatever they're doing right with the fairways and greens.

We got to tee off early, the person we were paired with was very nice and of the same skill level. we had a great time and look forward to playing there again before the end of the season. Lots of marshals and never had to wait on any of the holes so we were able to keep a good pace.

Best course for the money in Nashville area....It's always in good shape. The layout is enjoyable and I don't get bored playing there. Price has gone up slowly over the years as Mt. Juliet has expanded but you can still find great deals during the week.

Course was in great shape. The greens were very receptive to all iron shots so you can be aggressive at shooting at pins.

The last time I played this course, it was in horrible condition, particularly the greens. They had a fungus and charged full price proudly. I played this course recently and they are in great shape and the staff has had an attitude adjustment. They were super friendly and I would definitely go back and recommend to anyone. The hills are a challenge on the back 9. Proper placement is key.

Windtree was in very good condition and presents a moderate challenge for the average golfer. A little disappointed they had filled in several traps around the greens since the last time I played there.

Course in better shape than I remember from years ago. Staff friendly. Range is in pretty good shape, on grass. I think this course plays tougher from back tees than the length and rating suggest. Pretty tough green complexes - fairly fast and undulating greens as compared to other middle TN greens, in good shape, and knolls around greens. made it so. As noted, positive experience.

The only dislikes I had of the course on this round was the fact that the roughs were very tall, the greens were really slow but I know those were like that due to the crew not being able to maintain the grounds as usual because of all of the rain this spring. Otherwise, the course was as nice as it normally is and the weather was awesome, a little windy, but a great day for golf.

This course has 2 very different nines with front being relatively flat and back very hilly. Course was in good condition other than quite a bit of poa anna in the greens: hopefully they can get that under control. The staff truly was super friendly. Overall, a good golfing day and I recommend the course.

beuatifully maintained and post-card like natural beauty. three par fives and three par threes on back is nice. friendly staff and great layout make for a great golf experience. second favotite in mid tn to riverwatch

my son and i enjoyed this course.there was no waiting and it wasn't extremely long.some greens were elevated making for interesting shots.the greens would have been great except for the sand from aeration.nice clubhouse and electric carts.more of a links style course so you don't have a lot of tree trouble,water along several holes made yoy hit straight drives.

Wow. No more to be said. Played Champions Run within the last 2 weeks and thought their greens were quick. Stay below the hole here. Never been afraid of a putt until the 18th. Putt on top of the ridge in the middle of the green with the hole positioned right at the base. a 7-10 ft putt ended up in a 25 ft putt coming back with just a tap. So far this year I have played Forrest Crossing, Champions and Windtree. Windtree wins by far. Although a little soggy, fairways were in reasonable shape. Back nine is a bit tougher thn the front 9. Definately worth the drive.

The layout was amazing and all the staff were very polite and helpful. I will definitely be back.

For this time of the year and the weather we have had, I thought the course looked great!
